Calendar Contest

One of our members’ favorite yearly events is Midstate Electric’s photo calendar contest. The winning photos are printed in the following year’s calendar and are displayed in our lobby.

Photographs are accepted through Monday, August 12, 2019. 

All entries must be dropped off at our office or mailed to:

Calendar Contest Rules

• You must be a member of Midstate Electric to participate.

• Photographs taken in Midstate Electric’s territory will be given first priority.

• All photos must be printed at a minimum size of 8” X 10”.

• In order to qualify, an entry form must accompany your entry and include:

  • Photographer’s name and contact information

  • Title of Photograph

  • Location and names of subject(s) in photograph

  • Date of Photograph

Contest Details

• A minimum of thirteen photographs will be selected, one for each month of the calendar and one for the front cover.

• More than one photograph may be submitted by each photographer.

• Photographs will be available to be reclaimed after judging is completed.

• Midstate reserves the right to use the winning photographs in any future publications.

Prizes

• $50 will be awarded to each photographer for each picture selected for the calendar

• $200 will be awarded to the photographer whose photograph is selected for the front cover

So pull out those cameras and capture some of those great local landscapes and fun events!
